Code of Conduct

Effective 2026-09-28

This Code of Conduct explains how we apply Section 11 (Prohibited conduct) and Section 12 (Sanctions and suspension) of the TR1 Terms of Service in practice. We publish it so that every player can know in advance what is not allowed and what happens if the rules are broken.

1. Purpose and scope

1.1 This Code sets the rules we use to keep the Service fair and safe for everyone.

1.2 It applies to everyone who uses the Service, whether as a Member or as a Guest, and covers all activity and expression within the Service, including gameplay, nicknames, Character names, community posts and support messages.

1.3 Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law. If this Code conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.

2. Principles

  1. Published standards — we publish our sanction standards in advance and act only on the basis of published standards.
  2. Proportionality — we set the level of a sanction by considering the nature and seriousness of the violation, whether it has been repeated, and its consequences.
  3. Consistency — we apply the same standard to the same violation. How long you have played or whether you have made purchases does not affect the sanction.
  4. Right to be heard — you can appeal any sanction, and we will review your appeal.
  5. Evidence — we decide on the basis of facts confirmed by records on our servers. We do not act on a third party's claim alone.

3. Types of sanctions

SanctionWhat it means
WarningWe tell you about the violation and ask you to stop. Your use of the Service is not restricted.
Feature restrictionYou cannot use specific features, such as posting in the community, for a set period.
SuspensionYou cannot use the Service for a set period. You can still sign in during the suspension: you will see a screen explaining the reason and the duration, and you can use only the appeal channel described in Section 6.
Permanent suspensionYour Account's use of the Service is restricted permanently. It works in the same way as a suspension, except that it has no end date.
Forfeiture of illicit gainsWe remove or reset in-game currency, items or records obtained through the violation. This may be applied together with another sanction.

4. Prohibited conduct and sanctions

The table below sets out our standard sanctions. Where a violation is serious or causes significant harm to other players, we may skip steps and apply a heavier sanction. Where a violation is minor and corrected immediately, we may apply a lighter one.

Placing excessive load on the servers or otherwise disrupting the service Warning 7-day suspension 30-day suspension

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd columns count all sanctions applied to the Account within one year of the date of each sanction. The count resets once one year has passed since the last sanction. Permanent suspensions do not reset.

5. Nicknames and Character names

5.1 Nicknames and Character names may contain only letters and numbers. Spaces, punctuation and symbols are not allowed. Names must be between 2 and 16 characters long.

5.2 You cannot use a nickname or Character name that another player is already using. Names that differ only in upper and lower case, or in accents, are treated as the same name.

5.3 The following nicknames and Character names are not allowed:

  1. names that impersonate, or could be mistaken for, us, our staff or the Service;
  2. names containing profanity, slurs, or discriminatory or hateful expressions;
  3. names containing another person's personal information, such as a real name or contact details;
  4. names intended for advertising or promotion; and
  5. any other name that is offensive to other players or disrupts the operation of the Service.

5.4 You can change your nickname as many times as you like, but you must wait 30 days after a change before changing it again. We record your nickname changes (the previous and new nickname and the time of the change) and use this record only to resolve disputes about names and to prevent abuse.

5.5 A Character name is chosen when the Character is created and cannot be changed afterwards, except when we require a change under Section 5.6.

5.6 The Service blocks names that break Sections 5.1 to 5.3. If a name already in use breaks these rules, we may require you to change it and, if you do not, change it ourselves. The 30-day limit in Section 5.4 does not apply to such a change, and the change does not start a new 30-day period.

5.7 If we require you to change a name, your use of the Service may be restricted until you do so.

6. Sanction procedure and appeals

6.1 When we apply a sanction, we tell you the reason and the duration. A warning is sent to your in-game mailbox; for a suspension, the reason and duration are shown when you sign in. If a violation is continuing and immediate action is needed, we may act first and notify you afterwards.

6.2 You may appeal within 30 days of being notified of a sanction, through 1:1 Support in My Page. 1:1 Support remains available while your Account is suspended.

6.3 We will reply with the result of our review within 14 days of receiving your appeal. If we find your appeal justified, we will lift the sanction and restore any in-game currency or items that were removed.

6.4 We do not disclose the personal data of other players involved, or the identity of anyone who reported you.

7. Game data and items during sanctions

7.1 Your game data is preserved during a suspension. However, events or time-limited benefits that you miss during the suspension are not compensated.

7.2 If your Account is permanently suspended, we do not compensate you or give refunds for in-game currency or game data remaining in the Account. Unused paid items, if any, will be handled as required by applicable law.

8. Errors and restoration

8.1 If game data is lost through our fault, we will restore it to the extent we can verify it.

8.2 We generally do not restore the results of your own mistakes (such as selling, dismantling or using an item by accident). The Service asks for confirmation before actions that cannot be undone.

8.3 If a bug or error gives you a benefit that you could not have obtained through normal play, we may remove that benefit. Unless you knowingly and repeatedly exploited the error, no further sanction will be applied.

9. Reporting violations

If you see a violation, you can report a community post with the report button on the post, or report any other violation through 1:1 Support or by email to kraplo.x1@gmail.com. Including the time of the violation and the Character name involved helps us check it quickly.

Repeated false reports may be treated as disrupting the operation of the Service under Section 4.

10. Changes to this Code

We will announce changes to this Code at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before if the change is adverse to players.

This Code of Conduct takes effect on 2026-09-28.
