Community Board
A place where any Adventurer on this server can say a word. Covers posting requirements, reporting, moderation rules, and how outcomes are communicated.
The community board is where every adventurer on this server can leave a word. Recent posts scroll by in Community on the right-hand panel of the game screen, and clicking View all opens it in a larger window.
⚠ It has nothing to do with the Union. It isn't a members-only space, and posting doesn't earn Union Merit. The Union screen doesn't have a board tab at all.
Who can read and who can post
- Reading is open at any level.
- Posting starts at Lv.15. Before then, the post box stays locked and tells you the level you need.
- Posts belong to your account, not your character. Switch characters and your posts are still yours, and the author name shown is your account's nickname (you change it in My Page).
- If you're playing as a guest, you can't use the community. The Community section doesn't appear on the right-hand panel at all — it shows up once you sign up. (Playing as a Guest)
When you post
You can write up to 2,000 characters per post. There's no editing — if you're not happy with a post, delete it and write it again. You can only delete your own posts.
There are a few words that aren't allowed. If one slips in, it's posted masked with *, and you'll only be told "part of your post was masked." We won't tell you which word triggered it — that would amount to telling you how to get around the filter.
Reporting
Other players' posts have a [Report] button. Choose a reason, and if you like, add up to 200 characters describing what the problem was.
The reasons you can choose are the six categories from Section 4 of the Code of Conduct — profanity, defamation or hate; advertising or promotion; invasion of privacy; real-money trading; impersonating staff; and other violations.
- You can report the same post only once.
- You can't report your own posts.
- There's a daily limit on how many reports you can file.
When several different players report the same post, it's hidden automatically. This isn't a sanction — it's temporarily hidden from view, and whether it's removed or restored is decided only after a staff member reviews it. A report alone never gets someone's post deleted.
Removed posts
Where a post used to be, a note explains why it's gone.
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🗑️ Deleted | The author took it down |
| 🔍 Reported and under review | Hidden for now because reports piled up |
| 🚫 Removed for violating the Operating Policy | A staff member reviewed and removed it |
We'll let you know the outcome
Once staff have taken action, we'll notify you through your Mailbox. If your post was removed, we'll tell you why; if you reported a post, we'll tell you the outcome. However, we won't tell you who the other person is or what action was taken against them.
If you disagree with an action, let us know through [1:1 Support] in the bottom-right corner within 30 days of the day you were notified.
