Mailbox
Where rewards and notices arrive: what comes and how to claim it. Unclaimed mail never disappears, so there's no rush.
The Mailbox is where rewards and notices arrive. Open it with the button at the top right of the screen and it pops up in a window.
What arrives
- Rewards and notices from the game
- Items that overflowed when your bag was full
- Notices from our team — when there's something to tell you, such as a reply to your 1:1 Support ticket or an update on a post you reported
The second one matters. Your Inventory has a fixed number of slots per category, so if you get something while it's full, that item doesn't vanish — it arrives by mail. So even if you head out exploring with a full bag, you won't lose your loot.
That said, moving mailed items back into your bag needs free space there, so you'll have to tidy up at some point.
How to claim
- Tap a piece of mail to check its contents and Claim it.
- You can also clear everything at once with Claim all.
- Mail you've finished reading can be deleted.
No need to hurry
Unclaimed mail doesn't disappear. There's no expiry, so take your time.
When there's something left to claim, a number appears on the button.
⚠ However, deleting a character also deletes that character's mail. The deletion screen tells you how much unclaimed mail there is beforehand, so collect it first. See Character Slots.
