Screen Tour
What each of the three columns shows — the Adventurer panel on the left, progress in the center, tools and news on the right — plus the top bar and the combat screen.
A guide to how the screen is laid out.
Three columns
The game screen is split vertically into three columns.
- Left — your character's current state.
- Center — what you're doing right now.
- Right — tools and news.
Left — Adventurer
- HP, mana, EXP and Power
- Swap Gear button — press it to open the equipment window. NEW appears when there's something to change into
- Three potion slots — put the potions you'll use in combat here
- Combat skill slots — three to start, with one more opening at level 30 and another at level 50. Slots that aren't open yet show a lock
- Soul Legion — visible from level 3, showing the souls you've currently deployed side by side
- Attributes — a green badge appears when you have unspent points. Press + to raise them
Center — what you're doing
From the top: the notice banner, hints, the main menu tabs, and below those, the lobby's various panels.
The notice banner only appears at the very top when there's an important notice you haven't read yet. Close it with ✕ and that notice is marked as read and won't appear again.
- Rift Resonance gauge
- Daily Quests
- Today's Record
- Equipment — see all twelve equipped slots at a glance
When you start exploring or a fight begins, a screen opens over this area.
Right — tools and news
- At the very top are the Inventory · Mailbox · Shop buttons. All three open as windows, so you never leave the screen
- Recent Log — a running feed of what's happened
- Community — a board where any Adventurer can leave a post. Recent posts are shown, and pressing "View all" opens it in a window.
It has nothing to do with the Union — it isn't a members-only space for the Union, and posting doesn't earn Union Merit. Anyone can read regardless of level; only posting requires Lv15. Posts are tied to your account, not your character. The detailed rules are in Community Board
- Notices — news posted by the operator. They come in four categories — Notice, Maintenance, Update and Event — and a number appears when there are notices you haven't read. Read status is per account, so switching characters won't bring them back
- 1:1 Support — at the very bottom. It's the only way to ask the operator directly, and a marker appears here when a reply is posted (not available to guests)
Main menu
The tabs in the center column are the main menu. They open one by one as your character levels up. Tabs that aren't open yet appear dimmed with the required level shown.
A number badge on a tab means there's something there for you to check — unclaimed rewards or newly opened things.
The Wiki is a different color from the other tabs and opens in a new window. Whatever you were doing is still there when you come back from reading.
Combat screen
When a fight begins, the combat screen covers the center column.
- At the top you'll see the opponent's name, rank, element and remaining HP.
- At the bottom are your skill slots and potion slots. They only fire when you press them.
- Skill buttons lock when you're short on mana.
- The combat log scrolls downward. Check here what hit you and for how much, down to whether each hit struck a weakness or was blocked by resistance.
Top bar
At the very top of the screen are your currencies and the name of the character you've selected. You can choose up to two currency chips yourself, and pressing your character's name takes you to My Page. The currencies are listed in Currencies & Passes.
Your account's nickname isn't what's shown here — it's the name used on the Community Board. Change it on My Page.
If you're playing as a guest, a Guest D-N chip appears next to it. It shows the remaining retention period; press it to open the notice.
Unfinished business
It's fine to close the window in the middle of exploring. When you come back in, you pick up right where you left off.
